Realty Corporation in Fishers, IN.
In addition to her own real estate
endeavors, Andrea also oversees
the daily operations of 16
agents many of whom are veterans
in the real estate industry.
Andrea moved to Indianapolis after receiving her Masters Degree in Interpersonal, Organizational Communications and Public Relations from Eastern Illinois University in 1999. Shortly after her arrival, she accepted a job in the mortgage industry with Centex Home Equity. From the point on, her passion and curiosity for real estate began to develop rather quickly. She believes that in order to fully understand how the real estate “machine” works, you must have first hand knowledge of each and every part which make up the whole.
The basis of Andrea’s successful career is the knowledge that she has gained over the past 9 years while occupying various roles within the real estate industry such as mortgage broker, wholesale lending, investment consultant, residential and commercial real estate sales, foreclosure and short-sale specialist as well as property management.
She is always up for a new challenge and her competitive nature and networking skills have assured her a spot amongst the top real estate agents in Indianapolis. Andrea has recently became Indianapolis’ first Eco-certified “green” broker. In reference to her ability to understand today’s consumer, she says, “ If I’m going to sell Mr. Smith what he buys, I’d better see things through Mr. Smith’s eyes!”

In addition to all of her duties, Andrea still finds time to serve on the grievance committee at Mibor and participate in a charity that she started with the support of her husband Jeffrey and daughter Lexy called “Cookies for Cancer.”
